Understatement Necklace
The beauty of this simple, long bead crocheted necklace is its versatility. You can wear it once, twice, or three times wrapped around your neck, or you can also wear it six or seven times wrapped around your wrist as a bracelet. Sharon will teach you a basic crochet chain stitch. This fun piece is an excellent introduction to beginning bead crochet.

Supply List
- One ball, size 8 pearl cotton thread
- Size 8 beading needle or any needle that will accept the thread and go through your beads
- A pair of scissors
- A size 11 or size 9 steel crochet hook
- One tube size 8/0 seed beads (Alternative: size 11/0 beads)
- One tube size 3.4 mm drop beads (Alternative: size 6/0 seed beads)
