Wine Glass Charms

Step 1: Begin with blank hoop.  
Step 2: Decorate hoop with your choice of beads & charms.  
Step 3: Using chain nose pliers bend the end 90 degrees.
Step 4: Complete wine glass charm by hooking both sides together.
