Fusing

Learn the basics of fusing fine silver, a simpler alternative to soldering. Due to the nature of fine silver, no chemicals are needed in this process. The class will begin with coiling rings and learning how to use a jeweler's saw. With these rings, you will practice fusing (with a butane torch) individual links and then learn how to make chain. Once links are made, they can be hammered or shaped however you like! Each workshop meets once.
* Every attempt is made for your safety. By registering for this class, you are agreeing to not hold Dava Bead & Trade, its owner or staff, liable for injury, loss or damage.
